Royal Mail(Delivery: Early-5pm)
All packages sent via Royal Mail must be accepted with a signature. If a consignee is not available at the time of delivery the package will be returned to your local sorting office for a period of 30 days, failure to collect the goods within these set 30 days the goods will be returned to us . To collect from your local sorting office you must obtain your Royal Mail tracking reference, to obtain this reference please contact a member of our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Return of faulty goods within 30 days
If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for replacement please contact Customer Services at email@example.com.
All returns must have a valid Returns Number ( RMA#). All RMA's must be received within 14 days of the RMA issue date.
Returns will take approximately 7 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods for replacement/ refund.
Any RMA returned found not to be defective or faults are caused by accident, neglect or misuse the customer may incur a return freight charge, this will be charged to the credit card. This is a set charge of £4 inc VAT.
When an item is to be replaced the goods must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty is void if the product code label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered.
Refund/Exchange of Non faulty goods
We will refund your money in 2 business days when we receive your return goods , delivery fee will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods.
Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
